From Engagement Session to Wedding Day
Hi couples! Congratulations on your engagement! I believe that pictures help us remember the little precious moments and this is a season to remember. Here is an outline of what the timeline will look like, from our first meeting to your wedding day.

After reaching out, we'll schedule a phone call or meeting to get to know one another; if you think we will be a good fit, you can sign a contract and pay a non-refundable retainer to be officially booked. Then the fun begins!
2.
Engagement session! My wedding package includes an engagement session. I love spending time with couples to get to know them more before the wedding. And you'll receive a gallery of photos I know you'll love.
3.
We'll meet one or two more times before the big day to finalize details so the day runs smoothly.
4.
Wedding Day! The day will fly by and I'll be there to capture the big and little moments so you can remember them forever.
All couples receive a wedding guide which includes package options and planning timelines. It’s designed to give you a clear picture of what to expect and how we can make your experience smooth, peaceful, and fun! I offer a variety of thoughtfully curated packages, each of which can be tailored to your unique vision and transformed into your own couture timeline—perfectly suited to your day.

What is your style?
Colorful, warm, bright, timeless, and authentic.
Are you Catholic?
Yes! I am very comfortable and respectful shooting the Mass.
Do you shoot non-Catholic Weddings?
Absolutely! I have experience photographing at a variety of venues.
When did you start your business?
I started Sophia Rome Photography in 2023.
Do you travel?
I do! For out-of-state or long-distance weddings, additional fees may apply for flights, mileage, hotel accommodations, and a per diem.
What does the payment plan look like?
Your $500 non-refundable retainer confirms your date and applies to your total. I am happy to work with couples on a payment schedule. The entire payment must be complete two weeks prior to the wedding day.
When will we get the gallery?
You will receive sneak peek photos within one week after the wedding and the complete gallery within 6-8 weeks.
Do you hire a second shooter?
You can add a second shooter for $75 an hour for a minimum of 6 hours.
Will you help with the wedding schedule?
Yes! I will work with you to create the perfect schedule that leads to a peaceful wedding day for you and me!
Who are your dream clients?
My dream clients are those who I build genuine relationships. I’m not simply there for the wedding day, I’m here for the entire journey. From our first client call to regular check-ins throughout the process, I want get to know you. To me, it’s about capturing your story, your moments, and the connection we share.
